Default Memorial Day

Just wanted to take a moment to say Thank You, to all of those that gave dearly, so that we may have the freedoms that we have today. Freedoms such as our cars and this forum. Thank You!

I do have a problem that I hope someone can help me with.
All turn signals work, flashers work, but when I turn on the lights, the turn signal indicator lights glow brighter and the left turn signals work, but the right doesn't flash on and off. It just dims. Replaced the front sockets, and all of the bulbs - front and rear. Still no change. Any suggestions? Thanks.

My thanks also out to the brave souls that have given their lives so we can live free, Thanks

Not sure how the circuits run in your year, but get a wiring diagram for it and trace the wires. Make sure all correct color wires are running in the correct area and also trace all the wires from the headlight switch to see what components they run to. This may lead you to the defective part. Good luck

If you follow the wire from the turn signal it will go to a relay box…that may be your problem....At least it was for me

Bless our active troops and the ones that came before. Personaly, for me, a slow, respectful, hand salute to those Vietnam Veterans, who gave all. I was with a assault helicopter company in Nam. (129th ahc and 60th ahc). I flew as a door gunner/ crew chief on hueys. Both my room mates crashed and burned,KIA. Salute to 59 thousand others that died in that foriegn land. Neat story..I tried for 35 years to find the familys of my room mates. Last year I finally (found)contacted one of the mothers. She was greatful to hear about her son,his last day ( I was the last to see them alive) and where he died. The Army simply told her he had died in Vietnam, april 18th,1972. I informed her where her baby lay dead. You see,for years and years, she looked at the map, through tear laden eyes, and wondered where her baby lay, where it had happened. She now has closeur. It helped me too. So thank you ,American fighting men, thank you.

Safe home to all our people in uniform. They do pay our bill for freedom.

Your headlights are getting their power (or some of it) from your turnsignal feed line, somehow. It could be a poor ground in the headlight wiring system. Get a wiring diagram and chase-down the grounding for the headlights. If you find a suspicious item, put a temporary jumper on that "problem" area to assure a good ground and then check to see if it fixed the problem. When it does, you've found the culprit.
