OK so the wait is on..I should be getting my carpet in a few days.
I talked to Mr Knoch last night and he is sending me a new carpet set for the front of my 77... What a surprise to get to talk to Al knoch on the phone when i had a problem with my carpet...

Great service........

I bought my carpet from Wilcox, and was very pleased with the fit. The only trimming I had to do was around the kick panels, the tunnel side pieces to remove the excess material.
The insulation that goes under the carpet is a whole other story. I got that from CA, and it didn't come with any instructions, or diagrams as for where to place the individual pieces.
The process of figuring out where to lay the insulation took longer than the carpet install.

OK so i got my new fron carpet tonight at 6 by fedex. I have the drivers side done and most of the passengers side done. The big thing is going to be the back area behind the seat. It really looks good. I cant wait to get it all back together to see how it looks. See if it was worth my time. =) All i know it sure feels good to get it almost done.

Looks good!
The toughest were the wheel wells. Just take your time and have patience. It will be your most valuable tool on this job.
