I bought the stuff under the pretense of insulating the t-tops because they were bare. I couldn't help myself and bought the bigger roll. Before I know it I will be buying new carpet and interior pieces.
I used it on my Chally. Got it everywhere I needed to get it and used up 2 rolls. I also laid down some sound deadning material before the Reflectix since it didn't seem to soften the noise.

Do you want 50 square feet or 100 square feet?
I guess that's what I was wondering, how much do you need to do an entire interior?

One roll of Reflectix will do an entire car. I DID NOT put it in the luggage area (and it doesn't need it, IMO); it would have been a pain to try fitting it under the carpet on the compartment doors, anyway. If you want it to be quiet in the cockpit area, buy noise cancelling earphones or a Cadillac. Corvettes are supposed to be "noticed".

That's not too shabby!
I routinely drive barefoot with no problems. It's just the general state of heat in the compartment. I'm looking forward to reducing the ambient heat in there..... or a good chilly fall.
then again I can go check my mail with the asphalt from the road sticking to my feet so that my not be the best indication.....
Alot of people go with dynamat, but in my opinion it is just too overpriced, try this, I have done my whole car and am quite happy with the sound now http://www.b-quiet.com/ultimate.html

Anyone tried reflectix on their doors?
Just curious. I was looking thru the MidAmerica catalog at work. They claimed to have vapor barrier/sound deadening for the '63 - '96 doors. Listed for '84 - '96 was "door quiet package" but '68 - '82 was billed only as "vapor barrier"
