1968-1972 (or 73). I had a new '74 that did not have those markings. If the windows are the same, I would think you could just remove the painted label.

I've got an original '74 that does have the words on the glass, and I'm fairly certain the windows are original, so I suspect it went through '74. Not 100% certain, but close.

At least through 73. I have my original glass in a 73 with Astro Ventilation.

The script was used almost to the end of '74 production

Don't remove the "Astro Ventilation" script from the glass. This alone will make the glass more valuable if you ever want to or need to sell it. Restorers of chrome bumper cars will certainly pay more for original "astro" glass.

My thoughts exactly. Leave it or sell to someone else and buy another set.

A few early Camaros has the same script. Dont try to remove it, they are valuable.

They are not overly valuable but certainly more valuable than plain glass. Dont ruin them; sell them to an earlier owner. You'll end up with extra money, too.

I bought one a Bloomington this year but they weren't particularly rare. Many used ones are scratched up.

Drivers side is scratched up, looks like somebody was sanding the car with the window up. Passengers side is pretty nice. White lettering is perfect. I really don't need them I only bought them because of the price.

A person willing to pay for the Astro logo is going to care about the manufacturer info and date code etched into the glass, too.
