Templates or pm sent. I need email adresses.
Hey, I've sent a ton of these templates out. Has anyone used it to do their gauge panel? Can I see a picture? The engineer in me likes to see the final product.

I've received it twice now. Once I actually buy the speedo and tach I'll be happy to post pics.

The install is somewhat easier in the older C3's, as the guages mount from the front side and are held in place from behind by Autometer's supplied mounting brackets. No need to cut the gauge holes, the 2 1/16" guages slide right in. Plumb the senders and wire them up.
I am running "full sweep" C2 guages (why couldn't they have called them C3's!), replacing my clock with an A/F guage. The full-sweep gas and voltmeter are kind of cool, compared to the standard (maybe 70 degree?) sweep electrical gauges. I'd post pics of my install if I had a digital camera and half a computer brain.
Will be running the C2s in my 78 also 1mpalss. Are you running the speedo and tach also? How do you like the blue color LEDs that light up the gauge facings? Pretty exspensive gauge setup with the wideband A/F gauge and have had problems with the gauges on back order from Autometer. I know the gauges sure have to be a lot better then the stock ones Chevy put in in 78. I would like a template too if still available. TIA, houstonvett
houstonvett - I have c2 gauges (not in my vette) and they are very bright. I had them on the A-pillar, so it was always in my field of vision. They do look awesome, the color is so vivid and I think they will be better set lower. I'd like to see some pictures of them in a vette as well.
