Looking forward to the final outcome. I like where this is heading! Tell us more about the application of the structural high density polyurethane foam. Also where do you buy it from?

Thanks Dan

the foam is very easy to use but can get messy fast. make sure you dont use too much at first untill you know how much it expands. the stuff i used expands about 4 to 5 times its liquid volume. all you have to do is build a form out of small blocks, poster board, and tape to contain the foam. the foam is a two part foam mixed 1 to 1. you stir it about 15 seconds untill it flashes then wait till it starts to expand and then you pour it into the form. make sure you have something under it to catch the overflow if you have any. it can be cut with a sawzal or air grinder with a cut off wheel or sanding disk. it can be cut in about 20 to 30 minutes after it starts to expand. it saves a lot of time. shapes can be made with this stuff that you would have a hard time doing with cloth and wood forms.

i got the foam from a local fiberglass supplier called hurricane marine. fiberglass repair shops or boat builders will be able to get it for you. the brand i used was by fiberglass coatings inc. out of st. petersburg fl. it cost $100 for two gal. it is not cheap but the time that was saved and the extra support it porvides makes it very much worth the cost. i have used about 1.5 gals so far but most of it has been cut off or sanded off.

they are e-bay specials. i picked them up for less than $300 shipped. they fit very well in the car as is but i am going to recover them with leather and have the shoulder area cut down about an inch on each side. after the recover and the original cost i will have less than $700 in the pair. i just did a search for racing seats, looked at the specs, and they were just right for a c-3.

i dont plan on breaking any sound records but it would be nice to hear a little tunes over the max flows with the new motor. i had the stuff already and decided to put it in. it is more than overkill but has come out very nice so far.

You can just take the nitrous bottle out and throw the clubs in there.

That is going to be AWESOME! What are you going to put in the area of the glove conpartment? Are you going to install any speakers in the lower part of the of the dash, on the sides below the gauges? Is is all going to be glass or are you going to two tone it with a material?

the front speakers will either go in the kick pannel area or on the side of the center console. it depends on what lays out the best. the whole dash will be glassed and done in two tone paint that will tie in with the exterior. some parts of the interior will be done in leather also. the glove compartment area is going to hold the head unit.
