When I got the car, the back tires are like new and the front completely worn out. So it made sense economicaly to get the Cooper Cobra's for the front too. The tire shop said the 255-60-15 that I wanted were discontinued. I asked about 245's and they were discontinued too, but they had 2 in stock. They are on it now. So, now the question is whether it will look better with the front lowered an inch or two? The front and rear are 28.5" fender lip to the floor. If I'm going to do it, now is the time before the 4 wheel alignment.

I agree make it look even at least front to back. Mine is at 29.5 in front. I have a long way to go to get it back respectable looking.

Looks like a dog with worms! Get the rear up about an inch and lower the front at least an inch.

I would cut one coil out of the front springs, and get you some adjustable rear bolts (don't buy the cheap bolts, get Grade 8), and raise the rear.

The C3 looks good with a raked suspension.

Original front springs???? Have they been removed? If so, maybe they were not re-installed properly. I can't imagine 30+ year old springs sitting the front that high.

Drop the front, put a set of 550's in there and be done with it. I put 550's in the front of mine and it sits at 27" and tires fill the wheel well perfectly. The rear sits at 28" with less than a quarter of a tank of gas in it, and almost level with a full tank. I personally like the rear just a smidge higher, it gives it that raked look.

OK, after three hours of labor. The front now sits at 27", I cut off one coil.
