Well, life got in the way. I am still really needing a set of front flares so I can get my project back on track. So sorry to disappear for months. Stan, any chance?

I would love to have a set if you start back making them. After seeing those it will be hard to settle for anything else. Is there a number of orders you would have to have to make it worth your wild to make a batch?
Thanks, Mark

Hey guys,
I really appreciate your loyalty on these flares, and believe me, there is nothing more I would like than to please everyone.

The reality of the matter(as I have said before) is that the flares are very time consuming and expensive to make, and I havent been able to find someone to source them out to where they can be made in a more cost efficient manner.

I am still working on it. I havent forgotten about anyone.

I will work diligently to sort this thing out. I know that our flares are the way to go with these cars.
I guess if I have a few orders that are totally COMMITED, I will see if I can put one of my guys on it,order the necessary material, and bang out a few sets.

Aside from that, I feel that for us to make them, we will make them for cars we are building or woking on here in house.

I will try to contact some places today, regarding having them made outside our shop.

Again, thank you for your patience and loyalty on this matter.

Stay tuned, I will let you know what I find out.

I contacted ACI today, to see if they would have an interest in working with me in manufacturing the flares.

I will wait to hear back from them.

They were aware of the fact that I had made them, and had seen them.

That is all for now....

Well, it looks like ACI has interest in making our flares.

Now we just have to work out the logistics. If everything works out, I will ship them my molds, and we will go from there.

It will be very cool for us to work with ACI, as they are the only supplier we use at our shop for all hand layed glass.

That's great news Stan! I know this will help out a lot of people concerned with the way most L88 flares turn out.
