Left side??

When figuring the side of T-Top weatherstriping, is the left side the drivers side, or as a mechanics view, the passenger side? I've ran into this question a number of times over the years. Getting gaskets for T-Tops is one place where I need to order the proper ones. Thanks for any input.

I have never heard of mechanics view reversing the sides

Left is always driver side

Here's another fact that will make everyone sleep better tonight.
If a part has a left side and right side part, the # for the right side part ends in an even # and the # for the left side part ends in an odd #.

Is it true that Corvettes being brought into Australia no longer need to be converted?
If so, that must make owning one easier and a little less expensive.
