Header question
What are the best header gaskets for aluminum heads and which header bolts are best? Any locktite required on header bolts?

I'm surprised you didn't get a hundred different opinions on your question. I used the Stage 8 locking fasteners and Percy's multi layer soft copper gasets on my Edelbrock Aluminum heads. Been on for about 5 years and never had a bolt come loose or a gasket leak.

Rex...I got your pm.The above are good,and the Cometic,and SCE Pro copper.
I can't speak for clearance problems,but I put studs in the exhaust,and locktited them,but this is SB Brodix appl.
When you decide what you are after....give me a shout.I carry Cometic,Fel-Pro,Flatout Graphite,Mr.Gasket,Mr.Gasket Ultra seal,Mr.Gasket Copper seal,Mr.Gasket aluminum seal,and the SCE Pros for the BBs.

Have them both in my garage in case I get the urge (energy) to switch to hooker side mounts. Over the years on this forum the two above mentioned items always seemed to surface & work.
