Thanks Muddy. When people talk about guitar playing ,you rarely hear anyone say anthing about phrasing!!! You obviously know your stuff.
Without tasty phrasing, you dont have blues(good blues anyway).
That was my interpretation of the SRV version of that song.
My personal style is a lot more like Gary Moores' since I do have a very strong rock background, but if we are doing a song by a particular artist, I like throw a little of them in it . As you can probably tell, I love the WAWA pedal.
My tone has a lot to do with my amps. I use Matchless Amps. Very good stuff, just hard to come across.
You and I should talk for real at some point about blues. I can PM you my info.
And what you may ask all this has to do with vettes???
I OWN ONE!!

With Muddy! Very smooth! Sounds like a good room as well! it's amazing I can remember not too long when you would'nt dare post that because of the audio degradation in the camcorders. Not Anymore man! That sounds really good!...and the Matchless amps do have awesome tone! Well Done!

Sometimes when I get home from work... I set up Stevie and my Fender... and 3 hours later I come up for air.
