P01 and P02 covers were available in 1968 (P01's) and 1969 through 1973 (P02's). IMO C3's with rally wheels look best with raised white letter tires, but the P01/02's look best with thin white/red/gold stripe tires.

All of them. For 68-82, the standard wheel was the rally wheel.
P01/P02 wheel covers and aluminum wheels were optional.
