I doubt that any aftermarket supplier can provide you with a new one. You may have to get a used one from a 'salvage' parts supplier and clean it up a bit. Or, if you are handy with tools, get some sheet steel (same thickness as part) and make one yourself. It just needs to have the same shape as the one you have.
