There is no "reasonable" price on chroming...in the U.S., anyway. The EPA/government has put so many restrictions & surcharges on these folks, it's amazing than any of them are still in business. Just look up "chrome plating" in your area on Google; select a few places; then call them for pricing and examples of their work (photos).

You might try Librandi's in Middlebury Pa..
They're quite near Harrisburg.
I think because plating is so much about the preparation and then the buffing between the baths you pretty much get what you pay for.
Depending on just what your wheels are, the cost of plating might be more than new ones.
