first of all , never ever pay 6 figures for a car with any excuses.
if that car has been for sale for so long, then the owner has already certainly multiple times been asked and challenged regarding all the excuses , but continues to market it as a real deal. ask him why it has not sold yet and ask him to describe why his potential buyers have not bought it. he knows why.

They found a radio delete plate for that proteam ZR1, but they forgot to take the off the radio shielding?
The rear deck does not have an antennae, but I'd be very curious to look at it from the underside. And also check around for the various radio condensers.
How do they excuse the missing smog system ($$$$) and the stand out like a sore thumb incorrect water pump?
Just because there are some items missing does not exclude it from being a no excuses car. I never said the car should be sold as a 100 point ncrs top flight car nor is it advertised as such.
ZR1's did not have an option for a radio, and came with radio delete plate - which this car has - and did not have the shielding, and condensors that were part of the radio option.
One BIG thing the seller missed was that ZR1 also did not have the UA6 alarm option. I wonder what the sellers excuse for this one is? I'm going to send him a note, and ask how his car came with an option that was not available on ZR1's.
I'm not wure why you believe this to be true. My 1969 L-88 has radio and heater, and a friend's 1970 ZR-1 also has a radio and heater?
I am not clear what you mean by this? Are you saying they would buy this car knowing it is a fake? Then make up stuff and documentation and market it knowing they are deceiving and ripping off the customer?
