Yikes........a year of book-learning! It will get interesting when he can spend more time in the training shop.

I'm glad the car is coming together for you. The weather has been off and on by us so that makes living without the ride abit easier. We will attend the "Monday Night Car Shows" in Niles, at the Old Orchard shopping mall. It is on Memorial Day, it is a fantastic show, easy 150-200+ cars usually in attendance. That would be a nice show to bring your new ride to!
Hoping all goes well
I will keep the car show in mind, we always do bike the drive with the family on Memorial Day but Old Orchard will be right down the street when we move into our new home in Glen Ellyn.

Thanks
Jack

Lots of class time, 3 months of A school, 6 months of C school then a hands on school for another 6 months then maybe another school if he is lucky then out to the fleet.

Default Two Weeks

Two weeks two months it is all the same......

Car is coming together slowly should be going out for alignment and to install the top in the next week I am thinking two more weeks depending upon when they get the final couple of parts in for the interior.

That being said the car is looking good.

Jack.

Default Tease

Not sure if this file type will work.

This was a couple of weeks ago before the car was tuned and the carb re-built. There is also an exhaust leak from one of the side pipes.

Jack.

Default Two Weeks

LOL, you have to laugh sometimes. I am not even going to look at the car this week I just can't this has become way to frustrating. We are still waiting on two side pillars for the windshield the original ones did not look nice one had a big cut and really stood out. Other than that just waiting on the alignment and top to be installed.
