"You'll never see another one like it"...probably for the better.
Every time a thread like this opens I look at it and tend to shake my head with the feeling that I've just seen it all. Seems as though the creative abilities of some just keep on coming out of the woodwork. Lots of effort there!
That roach has been on eBay before. They've been trying to sell it for quite some time, and I think they'll be trying to sell it, for many years to come!
When you said skorpion I thought that quad turbo radical show vette of the 70's...it was sweet.
but this thing, aw geez....I normally defend customs and man o man I feel like I am shooting a man in wheel chair to start trashing this thing but...cue Will Smith voice and say "Damn".
To me That thing looks like a loaf of french bread or perhaps a shoe box with wheels but I cant find any angle that isnt bad, perhaps it's really stunning in person....

Great post Bats! Even the sellers ebay user name is kinda funny.
If anyone actually buys this thing they can say they bought it from
"UsedcarCharlie". Hilarious.
My mamma always said " If you can't say anything good , don't say anything at all " .
I said it might look great in person...

I do feel badly about what I said the thing looks fairly well made not hack jobbed and likely someone dream car, yes you know big old stack of toad pelts was dumped on it....
I've built 2 replicas many years back so I can appreciate the time and (for lack of a bette word) the thought that went into that.......but still I'm amazed and baffled at how they took a sleek / long looking C3 and made it look soooooo "squashed". I guess someone thought it looked good.
From: PHOENIX, AZ Yes, it's true. You are a good woman. Then again, you may be the Antichrist.

My momma never said that, specifically, so here goes....
Looks to me like "Lightning McQueen" had a night of drunken debauchery with a slutty testarossa, and this is their devil-spawn child.

Amen.....a TON of work, time, and money. Wow. Gotta give it to whoever created it. They had a vision and they saw it through.
Too bad there's a reserve on it. I'd snap it up for the engine, part the rest, and send that body to the crusher. I wonder if they'll include the loose piece of steel tubing laying on the cowl?
A few people bought the Pontiac Aztec so perhaps this car will sell also....
The Aztec had some useful features (like camping and tons of room) that appealed to a certain demographic. You'd have to be a negative attention seeking masochist to actually be seen in this Corvette. Imagine showing up at a C3 meet with something like this. It would be worth having a couple of Go Pro's on either side, to record the facial expressions of the faithful.
By far, along with the C3, that had a truck grill and cattle horns, this has to be one of the fugliest C3's, I've ever seen. If it's preserved, it's only as an outstanding testament to bad taste. I wouldn't be caught dead, driving this thing in public. Hard to even call it a Corvette.
