It looks like someone did spend a lot of money, time and effort into putting it together. Too bad it looks like a pinewood derby block of wood.

Try to think of it as a custom creation, not a hacked up vette.

But the time and $$$ in it is incredible...I would drive it, just to see people ask WTF???

Well, I kinda like it . It's got kind of a Pinewood Derby / Thunderbirds thing going on. From the sides it's, um, not so convincing, but it looks totally imposing from the front and back. If it had a much bigger diameter rear wheel it could look quite interesting.
