Thanks for the PM and the photo.
I will look at my 81 wiring diagram and see how this can possibly work. It is odd that that fuse repaired your problem.
By the way....the fuse you took out should be a 25 amp fuse....just in case you may wonder why it may 'pop' form time to time.

The fuse that I removed was a 20AMP fuse.
You are more than welcome for the picture, its the least I could do for all your help.
