I think American Racing Wheels offers a billet aluminum rally in a 17" X 9" that look pretty nice. You can see several 17" and 18" rally wheels in the upgraded wheels thread.
Try Wheel Vintiques. They might be able to make a wheel to your spec. https://www.wheelvintiques.com/
"Along with direct O.E. fitment, Wheel Vintiques offers custom sizing in many of our wheels. Larger diameters and wider overall widths are available, and custom backspacing is available on most wheels."

What I'm trying to do is stay away from the larger diameter wheels. I'd like to stay at 15".
Years ago my dad had a set of 8" rallyes widened to 9". I'm not sure who did it at the time but these days Weldcraft Wheels in Michigan offers widening services.
Your profile doesn't say where you're located, but if you really want a 9" wide, 15" rally wheel, these guys used to do a lot of "rim widening". I can't guarantee if they're still in business, as it was a part-time business for the family, doing race wheels/wheel repair, and I've been out of the oval track game for quite a while. However, they did good work, and you might want to try to contact them.
