The car has a brand new cloth hard top it is very nice but.
Every piece of dust stickers on it . Last year at Carlisle I saw a
White top vinyl ,I am tempted to! Does anyone have a green car with
a white top?

You are actually meaning a convertible top and NOT a hard top...due to your other thread is showing the painted hardtop...Correct?
Or is this an entirely different Corvette?...that also happens to be green.

I have installed many of the fabric tops on a C3...and they looked rather good. It just has a different 'feel' to it when you look at it due to the top is not shiny. I had Al Knoch Interiors make me a top out of the 5 ply material for the C5's and it worked out great and in liked it due to the thicker material gave it more 'body'.
The one thing...if it matters to you...is that the white vinyl top has to be a bit cooler due to not getting as hot as a black vinyl. Heck...down here where I live the school buses have the roofs painted white...but like I wrote...that may not matter.
