Bad night for the Corvette and it's driver. That truck showed some indecision, was in the outside lane, put the signal light on and turned. Unfortunately the Corvette in the inside lane didn't have the time to react or see the truck cutting over in front and they collided. Well it's all on camera so the lawyers and insurance companies can fight this out. Hopefully no serious injuries.
Couldn't really tell if the Corvette was trying to race to catch up to the Mustang (if that's what it was, I couldn't really tell, but the truck made a right turn from the center lane. Sooo, techinically I'd say it's all the truck's fault.

Just for the sake of argument, the truck had his turn signal on the entire time. Notice how slow the red car cautiously passed it...I think the two cars were street racing (playing) with each other. I see blame partially on the vette driver too....Just saying
no doubt about who is at fault here.people do not know or care about "right of way".i am cut off almost daily and have altered my driving to early morning trips when possible.lot of the fun has gone out of driving i'm afraid and i feel bad for all you guy's who have restricted your c3 trips because of it.
The mustang-whatever slowed down for the truck then got pissed and goosed it to pass the truck. The vette was driving along normal speed not accelerating. Truck pulled out from the far side to make that right. Probably distracted by the Mustang banging gears by him. Turn signal does not give you the right of way. And the front fender of the truck hit the rear of the vette as it was almost by him. Truck driver is buying...

The corvette should of been hibernating in a warm garage under warm car cover.
Exactly! Why should anyone actually drive their car?
You are aware that some people, you know, drive these things. Right?
The vette driver was in his lane, driving correctly. The truck made an illegal right turn from the center lane. That is the end of the discussion as far as law is concerned.
Now, if that were me I certainly would have slowed down and been a lot more cautious had I been driving the C3 but as far as I know that is not legally required in that situation.

the truck pulled into the corvettes lane. Crossing a line is entering a different lane. Any accident is the responsibility of the person entering someone elses lane.
Had this conversation with officers about passing bicycles riding 2 or 3 abreast. Dont cross tthe line. stay in your lane
