Guys thank you very much for the quick reply and sources! I will definitely be reaching out to these people today to get these parts!
The shop my car is at is pretty good they do only custom work and have done many custom vettes in the past but I don't think they have don many recently. I am very confident in their ability to do the work but I dont think a lot of effort has been put into looking for used parts. I spoke with the shop owner yesterday and asked him if he would use a used part, he said at this point he would so I started looking.

Richards Corvette in Moncks Corner, SC is an outstanding shop. He does not have a large yard but he has a few odds and ends. I believe he may have a '69 front end in his shop currently. At least he did recently. I believe he is intending to part that car out but I'm not positive what his plans are for it. Worth a shot.
