Dome Light bulb

I have a Chiltons C3 repair manual plus the original owners manual for my 79 C3 coupe, and nowhere can I find HOW to adjust the height and angle of the headlights, and neither is there any reference to what bulb goes in the dome light (there is none in there now).

Look at the fiberglass surround on the headlights. You will see two indents on each light giving you access to the adjustment screws.
bulb is 214-2

The Chilton's is useless, other than for basic engine tuning and vehicle lubrication info. You NEED a copy of the AIM for your model year and a copy of the Chevrolet Chassis Service Manual for your model year. If you don't have those, you are working blind.

P.S. The owner's manual should have a list of ALL bulb types installed in your car.

From a 72 but yours should be close or the same

Or Just keep raising them a bit at a time until oncoming drivers start flashing their lights at you. Then drop them down a bit.
