Great find Mike!
And just to show at least on the Blue housing at Mikes Link the (GM #12004884) Index Tab is centered just like the drawing provided above.
I believe the OP did purchase a single Blue 12004884 housing.

Let me know if you don't have any luck, I'm an ACDelco distributor and it would shock you to see what we can come up with.

Sorry I took so long to update, but I work in my driveway and by the time I got the connector, it got cold and dark early. So I got the connector described in post #11 and it was a perfect fit. I had to cut the melted one off with a Dremel. I cleaned the contact and the new connector slid right on and locked the contact in place. The rear defroster appears to work. The original connector may have melted due to dirty contact/loose connection. This is a high current accessory and either of those conditions can cause excessive heat. Not that I'll ever have to use the defroster, but for me, if is on the car, it HAS to work. Yeah, I"m that guy. SwampeastMike, yeah, that set definitely looks like the connector I was looking for.
Thanks to everyone who contributed. Gotta love this place....
Jon Hekking, thanks for the offer.....good to know....
