My park lights, interior lights, and headlights all work. All fuses are OK, and all dash lights works if I remove them from the bezel
when I connect the bezel with the back no lights works. all gauges works correctly
I guess is a problem with the ground when all the bezel is completely connected to the platform with the gauges+instrument lights
any ideas on why dash lights won't work when connected to the bezel?.
If you are missing a ground to the gauges the lights will not function as there is only one wire to each bulb. There should be a ground lug on each piece of the gauges. They might not be in the same location as the photo, but as long as they are there you should be good.
There also should be a ground wire attached to the birdcage frame with a star washer. These would be the first two things that I would check. The headlight switch also has a ground strap attached to it.
really appreciate. it was enough turning the dimmer to have light! I would never have solved it without you because I had no idea the dimmer existed
now, all works: gauges, lights, radio....
