Yes, it has to be public..hopefully you can edit it to change that. That way we can see if there are no insurgents coming in to influence the vote.

I voted yes as well. It just makes more sense. If you want to get down & dirty you can have the sections split into many categories like www.c3vr does.

I've always voted no in the past, but I'm changing to a yes this time. It has gotten too damn busy here.

That seems to be like the democrats after elections..

When they lose, they want the votes re-counted until they come out on top..

I'm not whining. I just noticed that good threads fly by too quickly.

...'nuff said.

We have a lot of new members and a lot more threads per day in the last couple of months. It's much harder to keep up with, and many technical threads get buried quickly. A tech forum would aleviate this problem, and despite what the naysayers say, we will still have the same community.

NO NO NO,

Thats why we have elections every few years. Things change so we need to have elections every few years to get fresh blood instead of living in a dictatorship. The last real vote was 6 mo ago and we've had a lot of new members since then and traffic has increased dramatically. A lot of people who voted NO last time are seeing that now and changing their vote.

Or we could wait until there is so much traffic here that having a good technical discussion is impossible.

I'm pretty sure that some of the big talkers won't even dare to race me and others will lose.... It's that simple.. I'd race anybody, anytime once I get my rear end in . I'm pretty sure that especially the car with lotahp and the big talker behind the steering wheel will only see the C O R V E T T E letters on the rear of my car

With the way that the search engine has/hasn't been functioning its damn difficult to find old threads with good DIY info & tips. Its also annoying to surf through 20 or 30 general threads to find the tech thread that you were participating in the day before. All the other generations after us are split into general & tech. Why can't we enjoy the same privilege?

I'm not a bit concerned about my tranny and rear... There are 8 second cars running the rear setup that I'm going to run and the tranny is good to 800 HP... Unless I'd run nitrous on a regular basis, the tranny should hold up just fine.. I expect to get at least 2 seasons out of it before rebuilding it..
