since i'm not a lawyer i can't tell you exactly.....

but i would think..... things over and beyond the normal rebuild process.

turbos, blowers nitrous, hi cube big block conversions, LS1 conversions custom suspension, how to do custom paint, custom brakes......yada yada yada
