If The Sections Split...
would they be called C3 General & C3 Tech or would there be better names? What would you call the sections & what would you put in them?

I suggest we start with adding single "high tech" section and add more if it works for everyone.

The problem with a split, as I see it, is is the question "How DO I beef-up my L-48" a Tech question, or will the few that build more exotic Corvettes 'boo' them away as 'general' in-nature?
Exactly "WHO" establishes what IS technical, and what ISN'T?
