Default Piston Ring Question

The 30 over flat tops that came with my unassembled big block have new piston rings on them. I am going to bore to 60 over and have purchased some 60 over Speed pro dome pistons. Assuming the groove sizes are the same, can I use the rings from the 30 over pistons on the new 60 over pistons.

No way unless the rings you have are actually uncut then you might have a chance.

Maybe. If the rings are file to fit. I'd say no if they are pregapped. Also consider if the rings you have are 1/16 thick rather than 5/64. Production rings are 5/64. If they are 1/16 as in some Hipo applications then, no way.
