NAPA carries the Echlin line of carb kits. Part number for the kit for your 17080204 carb is NAPA part number 2-5192C. Float is part number 2-442. The choke pulloff is part number 2-4991. All part numbers are available. Be sure to set up your float to .420" and check and verify the correct jetting for your carb number when yoiu do the rebuild.

I'm not aware of any such thing as a Universal Carb Kit. All carb kits are designed and intended for specific applications based on carb number.
