i am in the process of polishing my q-jet and decided to take off some of the screw on items to get in the hard to reach places.....question is that since i will be sending my carb to lars (you) , would you put the carb items back on or should i?... also, i want to replace the vacuum bowl thingy also (rusted to heck).... not sure what you (lars) do on a rebuild but if u have to take it apart then it would be pointless for me to spend an hour to figure out the arms and how they go back...... also, is there any items that i need to buy prior to shipping the carb or will you just bill me for what was needed?...

Be aware that I'm not doing carbs any more - I'm tearing my test car apart and won't be doing carbs again for about a year... Cut-off date for carbs sent to me was 3-15-06.

Darn, I almost pulled it for your rebuild when I was home for Christmas but got busy with family. Decided to wait for my next trip in May......my bad! Oh well, I'll be patiently waiting....as well as looking for your progress posts on the Forum. I can definitely say, "Thanks for being here, you're the boss".

As soon as I hear something about my q-jet (which is in lars's hands right now) you'll definitely be seeing a thread.
