Ok, here is a little update.
My shortblock was finished just before Christmas and we are now waiting for the AFR heads. Up to now Lloyd have only got one set of heads and they are going on another solid roller 408 very similar to mine.
Yesterday he told me that he is going to dyno this engine today and he has promised to mail me the results. It should be very close to what I can expect to see from my engine so I'm really looking forward to get his mail.
Lloyd expects to get my heads beginning of next week at the latest so with a little luck my engine should be on the dyno by the end of the month.
Best regards, DK.

Nice DK. I am still going to go with T&L also eventually. I decided to restore my interior first and it looks like I am going to have over $3k in parts alone so....It looks like I will be rollin with my stock motor for quite a while longer. Its still running strong for what it is(8.5-1 wheezer with plugged up heads and a tiny cam) but I am gonna have to live with it.

Let me know how your engine comes out.

Thanks for the update and please share the dyno results when you receive them as it seems many others are now also looking at T&L more seriously.

Tand L does awesome motor work, when I raced pavement late models I had acouple of there engines, and where great,I can't emagine them building junk, even if a crate style engine for the street.but then again its not a 27k race engine
