Just send me a check for the postage you see on the box when you get it, and return the loaner in a reasonable amount of time.
Oh,gawd... it's messed up bad. Holley cuts the stop pins off the power piston, destroying the piston and running the carb grossly lean. They also plug the idle air holes in the float bowl with lead plugs. That carb needs to be torn down and repaired correctly.
