hi can a 1980 mono leaf spring be used on a 75 vette?

Nope, different spring mounts. VB&P has mono-leaf springs for 63-77, 78/79, 80-82 and a good reputation.

Yes it can. Any fiberglass spring will fit on any C2 or C3 car. The only thing that is different is the mounting plate that bolts to the diff.

VBP list it 3 ways so you get the correct mounting plate. All fiberglass springs are the exact same wideth where it bolts to the diff.

The mounting plate and bolt sizes are different, the springs are the same

I stand corrected. I thought the mount changed for the 80-82 "batwing" differential.

Default Vbp Rear Springs

The mounts are the same for the fixed rate rear springs we sell that are similar to stock.

We sell adjustable set-ups that allow you to adjust the spring rate as well as the ride height, and those have different mountings due to the rear end differences.

Everyone is kinda right on this one
