Can somebody tell me where all the ground point in the electric harness is?
I found one, under the headlight switch.
But I wonder if there also is one in front, near the horn? I found a wire there, which isn't attached to anything. The reason I ask, is because the dashboard and whole interior was removed before I bought the car.
And when I turn on the headlight, the indicators for turn lights in the dash, is lightning. The headlights is ok, but the turn light isn't working. But when I connect a "check lamp" to the wire from the relay to the steering column, then its flashing. I have read there maybe some grounding issues, so that is why I ask about the ground points.
Wilcoxen is offering a CD AIM manual and that shows all the locations you are likely to need....it is at a form member price...well worth it. check it out.

The general rule for GM cars is that [solid] black wires are ground wires. (Striped black wires are not grounds.) And there are some junction connectors that you will see with several black wires connected together. To test if wire connector is grounded [or not], use an ohmeter to measure resistance between that wiring point and a known good ground....like the engine block, etc. With the ohmeter on its lowest scale, you should show no resistance (0 ohms) if it is a ground location.
