Stan, Bruiser sure is a reflection of your talent. I have seen some nice paint
on a lot of show cars but I don't remember any this nice. You definitely have
the ability to lay down some liquid mirror.
Hello Doug
Your car is beyond words the craftsmanship of the flares is like nothing I have ever seen and the paint is like glass.
To say nice car is an underestimate it’s just perfect!

Riggs.
Thank you.
A paint job is only as good as the bodywork under it. One of my guys painted the car, not me.(cant take the credit for that one). I did the bodywork.
I am just a mudslinger
The biggest misconception about paintjobs(and subsequent work they require) that most people fail to grasp, is that the prep work requires the most time, not the act of painting itself.
A car can be painted in a couple of days if you dont do prep work. Of course the results will reflect the time spent.
Tranny is out of the car and off to be rebuilt. We are developing a punch list for what's left to go which isn't short but is a finite list now. Ordering new Bogart wheels, slicks and skinnies which should make a pretty picture.
Mike Dyer started the cleaning and straightening in my garage before he left. What a good guy!
Alan, your support in our projects is always appreciated.
Thank you.
I see on here that you made the fender flares. I am looing to put some on my 78. How much would it cost to get a pair made?
That is one NICE looking Vette

Thanks Scott. It took a village, more time and money than I thought but I am very pleased as it is turning out. Will be a while before I am ready to take on another project....plan to enjoy showing and racing Bruiser this year.
Snowman, so awesome! Looks like that hardtop came out good too!
Thanks it really did. Got a good deal, headliner and clamps were all in good shape. While I did the sanding to remove all the old paint, Stan did the skimming and sanding....made that top perfect!
