I believe they have been discontinued recently. there may be a few left out there if you look hard enough.

that tire is too small. Do yourself a favor go to a Bridgestone/Firestone store and get INDY 500 FIREHAWKS 255/60

It is the right size tire - and also twice the tire of any Cooper cobra or Goodyear Eagle.

Default Tire shopping!

I went to Good Year in March they offered Cobras.
Ended up with Firehawk's, 255-60's in the rear and 235-70's in the front, this is my first time with them so we'll see how good they are.

Eagle GT's are no more. I bought 4 a year ago and had to hunt all over for them. One guy had 2, and another dealer had 2. Also had topay a premium price for them. I think I wasted my money and should have just gone with another brand but I like the GT's. Bad part is the tires I took off had 90% tread left but they were 15 years old and I just didn't trust them.

I believe the OP was asking about the GT 2's, as to where he may find one, a replacement for one wheel as one got damaged so I gave him some, what I believed to be value added feedback. I think one Firehawk or Cooper may look odd with three GY's. But hey, your opinion is just that, your opinion. Im sure somehow you helped the Man.

Who is reproducing the Goodyear Eagle GT II's? I am about to buy some Firehawk Indy 500's for my '81 but would love to get some GT II's again.

FYI: Before the year 2000, date codes were 3 digits. A date code of "340" would actually be the 34th week of 1990 or 1980 or 1970, etc. After 2000, the date code is 4 digits. So a date code of 3410 would be the 34th week of 2010. See link below for full details:
