That '73 coupe is a beautiful car. You should consider improving on the heads as some others have suggested. Those mid-seventies smog heads are primitive. You will get a lot better responsiveness, low end torque and cold drivability with modern design combustion chambers. As for cam, I have a Crane 272-2, nice daily drivability and I get about 15 mpg. Good luck with build.
