Default Interior windshield post trim removal

Mounting new radar detector and want to run the wire down the left side of the windshield post under the trim.

I have had most of the interior out at one time or the other but never the post trim on the inside, whats the order of removal of the stuff to remove it?

Thanks.

Easy.. you'll need to remove the visor... the mirror, the mirror cover, the header molding (right visor inner screw) and then the left pillar screws.. it's really not that hard..

Thank you Willcox Corvette for the info, and thanks for the fast shipping of the brake crossover line.

Hi m75,
Besides the screws that Willcox mentions there are also two plastic 'velcro' type fasteners on the a-pillar trim piece. You can't see them until the piece is off. You can use your fingers to pull the velcro free; it sort of 'snaps' loose and then back in place.
Regards,
Alan

The vinyl covering on all those interior pieces (if original parts) will be very brittle by now. Do not bend/hit/twist any interior pieces any more than you absolutely have to. Use a pry of some sort to raise parts off those Velcro-type snap retainers; just pulling the part up can bend the part and cause the skin to crack.
