Its all apart now.I am running total seal rings, you would think that would help with pressure.i guess i should have got the max seal total seal rings

Yes i have a high volume pump,im thinking also of putting a regular oil pump in while the engine is apart. This is the only time ive ever been stumped on a engine problem.

Ok guys what all do you think i need to buy to solve this problem.Give me a list and i will buy it.In my mind i was going to do something anyway, even if it has to do with a total rebuild.Buy the way the engine is not that old, everything was new and built about a year or so ago.

I've got twenty dollars that says the high volume pump is the problem.

Valve covers are being filled to over the top of the valve stems.
Even the worlds best valve stem seals were not designed for this.
They need to let some oil pass through to oil the stem.

I never run high volume pumps.
I use the Mr. Gasket high pressure spring in a stock pump.
I understand you can simply use a 1/4" spacer to do the same thing, but never tried it.

If your engine is apart already I'd put a new set of valve seals on anyhow.....maybe one got nicked during the last install. How about opening up the oil drain back holes slightly in the heads, and doing a little touch up with a die grinder to promote oil drain back into the pan.
I know squat about blowers, but is there any chance the oil is coming from it...oil slipping by the seals....do they have an oil bath for the bearings???

Blower is self contained ,doesnt use motor oil at all.I think i might just buy a set of new viton seals since its apart.

I visited my engine builder and he thought either too high oil pump or aftermarket valve covers with poorly instituted oil separater.

That would be a standard volume high pressure pump.
They sell them that way now.
