Default Electric headlight conversion

This is just a heads up to see what the response would be for a electric conversion for the vacuum headlight system on the C3. I know this is for the C2 but I talked to Jeff who is my brother in law about having this type of conversion done for the C3 vacuum system. It would eliminate all the vacuum system and there may even be one for the wiper door also. Just seeing if the C3 crowd would be interested in this. The C2 crowd has been overwhelming in their response to this. No pricing on it but it would be reaonably priced and would require no modifications to the car. Just a bolt on. Take a look at the C2 operation.

My interest has been piqued. How would you manually lift the HL housing on a C3 as it is flush?

I would not plunk down my $$$ with the only info being a u-tube video of the headlights basically going up and down. I want to see the mechanicals before I commit.

Yes, I am interested. Since I have no vacuum hoses on the car. Headlights on at night would be good! Quality counts.

Sorry guys not much Internet access today. The C2 ones are just prototypes and are not for sale yet but they are going to produce them. The ones for the C3 are just a thought at the moment and trying to gauge interest. I think there is a demand for them. The company producing them is a high quality company and will produce a good product. The design has not been done on this but should not be a problem. As far as cost, nothing has been said but I would think somewhere in. He 500 dollars range is possible. Don't quote me on that but that is a very round figure. I will keep you all posted on progress.

I like the idea and have been kicking around the Killer Headlights. I have the Killer HL brackets, some motors, and the control module. Just never have done the job. I have all the vacuum disconnected at the time because it was causing problems with the tuning of the LS. The light look to be real nice and would add another project to the list. I will be keeping an eye on the progress, keep us updated.

On the vacuum issue my car pulls 10 pound of vacuum , my brakes are very weak . I know for sure that my number 7 cylinder is not doing good, it is fouling the spark plug every week??? What does 10 pounds of vacuum mean
