Default 72 light harness question
I have a plug on my front light harness that is listed as the "hood Door" on the doc rebuilds diagram. Can someone tell me what that is? Maybe for a mercury light switch on the hood when it opens?

If I remember correctly, the wire is white.

It's right up front and center of the light harness, hanging off the header bar. I forgot I picked up a 73 light harness to use for my 72. That plug is correct for a 73, don't know what it does though.
