1972 Headlights Cont..
Just replaced both actuator seals. The actuator rod bolt re-installation is 7-8 thread distance from the full tight position (As previously observed when removed). The left headlight opens like a champ, but locks out pretty hard and tight. The right has about 5-10 second delay and a slow lift.
When I attempt to close them...the left does nothing. The right goes down and then returns to the open position again. The headlights do have a little rub on the plastic headlight protector/cover.
Relay issues?? Filter? I dont want to start pulling hoses until some outside assessment has input..

Alan,
They were acting pretty much the same after changing the seals. They will go up but no luck getting them to go down. If I bring them down with my hand, then take it for a drive, they go back up.
I tested the seal by using a hand pump, and they hold pressure good.
