What is a good gasket sealant for fuel pump? Do I need to replace the gasket from block to plate? I looks to be in good condition. Replacing the Fuel Pump and the gasket that came with it.
Do I need to put something on the threads of the fuel lines when hooking them back up?

No sealant should be neccessary on that gasket if the surfaces are smooth and flat. If there are surface irregularities or out-of-flatness conditions, then just use some black silicone sealant, sparingly applied.
No, inverted flare fittings do not use sealant. Rather, put some lubricant on the threads and on the back side of the flare in order to obtain proper torque.
I wouldn't re-use that gasket, unless you have to. They are cheap enough that it is well worth purchasing new gaskets. I agree with Lars, a sealer should not be necessary, but if you're one of those guys who like to be extra sure, (like me), I like Permatex High-Tack, in the can with a brush. It's a bitch to remove if you ever need to remove the fuel pump for any reason, but it ain't gonna leak! Acetone does a pretty good job of removing it, actually. Here's a hint: your wife's nail polish remover is probably mostly acetone, check the label. Shhhh, what she doesn't know won't hurt her......
