Tire recommendations
Time for tires and alignment, stock rims. I'm just a daily driver with intentions of occassional cross county trips. Smooth and quiet. Any suggestions.

I went with Firestone,
235-70 15R in front and
255-60 15R in the rear.

What does the diff size accomplish? New to C3's. also I take it that you would't go with recommended pressures from the placard on the door.

I went with cooper 255/60/15 on my 81. I think they handle better than my Goodyears did. They take the curves better.

235R60-15 BF Goodrich T/A radials. Reasonable cost, still available, about the same diameter as the stock tires (so you don't have to screw with the speedometer error), white letter tires [look good
], not a lot of road noise, decent handling, decent wearing.

Nothing. I just wanted bigger tires in the rear.

No that was for the original bias tires. About 28 works OK for me.
