Mine is running pretty good, still have a small oil leak hiding itself somwhere. And the A/C compressor decided it wants to make bad noise. So add a little oil and sweat and your good to go

I'm proud to say that I wouldn't be afraid to take my car on a 100 mile trip. I believe the longest trip I've taken it on thus far has been about 60-70 miles. The worst part is paying for gas.
I did this morning so I voted YES. Went for a nice hour and a half ride as the sun came up.
This afternoon I started installing the new MSD6A so things are a bit scattered. Hope to have it ready to drive again in the morning.

Re: Whose car is running today? (Maurice)
Now if you asked me that 2 weeks ago I would not have been able to answer the question.
Its been 2.5 years in the making (or re-making as the story goes :yesnod: ).
After less than a couple hundred [sporatic] miles so far this year, I got 'er completed enough to make the journey from NJ to Bowling Green, KY for the NCM 50th Anniversay Kick-off. Round trip without incident. :)
Now all I have to do is make it look pretty on the outside. Mechanically, it is 96% all brand spankin new. Needs some touch-up body work and a paint job and then it'll be ready for prime time.
I would trust it on a 500 mile trip. Took it on a 70 mile trip today and the only thing we have to worry about is it running a little warm (around 200-210 degrees).
