vacum line help

Default vacum line help
In this image of the 1978 L-82 emision vacum lines, it shows the
vacum hose coming off the carb nipple and the EFE valve vacum hose comming togethere with a vacum T and then going to what appears to be the Diveter valve....but on my diveter valve I can not find anyplace for this to plug into....what am I missing...??? in the diagram they are pictured as the yellow hoses to make it easier to see...

There should be a vac. line nipple on the top of the valve pointing to the rear exactly as shown in the diagram. Not sure why yours is missing. mike...
