Heading up to AR headers tomorrow. To see if we can get it finalized. They are very accommodating and want these to fit well. I will have a better update hopefully tomorrow evening.

Good luck tomorrow! From reading your other post, AR has welcomed input from several C3 LS builders experiencing configuration and clearance issues. That kind of interaction will give them a great reputation and Marketshare

The set I got or was given to try did not fit at the idler arm bracket. They were also very tight to the floor at the collector. I'm curious as to how they are going to fit on your car. I will probably bring my car to AR as soon as the weather makes towing the car up there feasible.

I have a set of hookers side pipe headers that I modified for my LS that all there would need to do is copy them, They fit with steroids with no issues.
so how did you do that, just cut off the flange, reroute the top portion of each pipe and reweld it to an LS flange? (I realize thats an oversimplified summary)

I cut the pipes under the frame and cut them off the flange. Marking each pipe where they went and then welded then put them back.
