Headlight vacuum Actuator help
Guru's...need some quick help.
I am installing my new Headlight actuator and the PO decided to toss the bolts that held them in place. I have searched Ecklers, Paragon, Corvette Central, Willcox, etc..I can't find a listing for them.
Does anyone know the diamater, length, thread count, etc?? Hoping I can get some at Home Depot, Auto Zone, etc., etc.

i assume you are talking about the nuts that hold them in place, the actuators have the studs made onto them. it takes 4 nuts to mount it 5/16-18, any hardware store will have them, correct color though should be black....

oh thats the relay..... mine are oem and are mounted to the upper header with 2 sheet metal screws. about 3/8" long, i cant remember the size i think its #10, i do know it takes a 5/16" hex size socket to fit them. maybe someone else will know for sure....

yep - I need to know what Bolts to use for it - its shallow to the nose so dont want to crack it, my assumption is its only 1/2 in length but the size and bolt style is what I need to know ??!!??

If I remember correctly (and may not be), those retainer screws are sheet metal screws. They are hex/flange headed and have a #10 shank and 3/4" length, I believe. I'm fairly sure that they are not machine screws.
